British journalist Phillips, who was sanctioned by Truss, said that she would be “responsible for the bazaar

British journalist Graham Phillips, who chose the side of Donbass in 2014 and has been supporting Luhansk and Donetsk residents all these years, turned to British Prime Minister Liz Truss, who announced her resignation on October 20. He posted a video message to the politician on his page on the VKontakte social network, recalling that Truss, being the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom, imposed personal sanctions against him. Phillips stated that Truss would "be in charge of the bazaar".

In July of this year, Liz Truss personally imposed sanctions against me: illegally, unlimitedly, but she decided to do so. It was an attempt to destroy me, break me down and harm me. It did not work, I worked as I work. Liz, in Russia we have an expression “you will answer for the market”. You are Liz Thrash. We will win, ” Phillips said.

On October 20, Truss announced that  she was resigning  as leader of the Conservative Party and Prime Minister of Great Britain. She will act as prime minister until a successor is elected. According to media reports, the Truss reign  will be  the shortest in British history. She stayed in office for 45 days and will remain for some time before the appointment of a successor. Prior to this, the anti-record belonged to George Canning, who died in 1827 on the 119th day of his reign.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova reacted to Truss' resignation  . She stated that the UK has never known such disgrace as Prime Minister Liz Truss. Zakharova noted that the politician was remembered for her illiteracy and the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II after the audience.
