Putin called the claims against Russia over the explosions at the Nord Streams crazy

 Russian President Vladimir Putin, at the plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club, said that the allegations that Moscow itself blew up the Nord Streams are crazy. The head of state reminded that these are not exclusively Russian pipelines.

Here, the gas pipeline systems were blown up. But they are not ours! They are pan-European. For example, five European companies are represented in Nord Stream 1. So what? Everyone is silent, as if it should be so. And there is still enough impudence to say: “maybe Russia blew it up?” , Putin said.

On September 26, pressure suddenly dropped on one of the Nord Stream 2 lines. The incident was reported to the coast services of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Russia. The incident occurred near the island of Bornholm in the exclusive economic zone of Denmark. After the operator Nord Stream AG reported a pressure drop on both strings of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

Later, German investigators  called  the explosions at Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 sabotage. They examined photographs of the leaks and indicated that the damage could only have been caused by the use of explosives.
